when the snow is piled up on the sides of the road, people stop caring at all. Here we have someone diagonally parked. It was there all weekend. I was hoping a plow was going to do some good work last night, but instead they just didnt really plow around him at all.

That guy would have had some trouble getting the car any further into the spot. The front tires would end up spinning most likely. I dealt with this problem when I lived in Hoboken, NJ (small, dense city with terrible parking problems). The street spots would get packed in snow and then never get cleared until it melted a few months later. This was certainly a common site!
